Customer satisfaction is our fundamental duty. If you are not satisfied with the services provided by us at any point of time you can cancel the contract. It is
one of the parts of our organisation which is no-risk customer guarantee.

Our main objective is to make computing experience simple and secure.

Kindly write us an email on nicollehurd999@gmail.com stating your name, name of the plan purchased and the reason why you want the refund. 

We will reply to you within 3 to 5 business days and try to solve and issue you a refund as soon as possible without creating any hassle to you.

The percentage of the refundable amount will be decided after the deduction of the service fees and other calculations according to the purchased products. All refunds would be credited to the customer account within 7 to 10 business days after the acceptance of the refund request.
